What an interesting and thoughtfully formulated product! Many ingredients do more than one job, which is wonderfully efficient, but does make those ingredients challenging to substitute. I added more substitutions + making instructions to the inspired-by formulation spreadsheet after the live ended, but consider all the possible jobs an ingredient is doing/impacts it has on the formulation before swapping it for something else.
