I think this one is best hand shaped or pressed (can be hand or machine pressed)—the moulded one didn’t do as well today as it did this summer, even after freezing. If you really want to use a complex mould I’d make the dough a bit damper—perhaps 0.5% more Cocamidopropyl Betaine and 0.5% less clay.
