This ended up being more of a “how to use” than a “what to make with”. The “what to make with” is really just anything that is mostly water (serums, mists, liquid shampoos, sprays, etc.) that you’d like to add an essential oil, fragrance oil, carrier oil, or other sort of fatty emollient to.

Ahh, xanthan gum. Possibly the best example of an ingredient where a little can be lovely, but too much can really wreck your opinion of it. Also—a great example where WHAT you buy really matters!
