    My “The Monthly Collection + Office Hours” tier patrons are invited to two “office hours” sessions each month. This is a great way to get formulation help if you need 5\u201310 minutes of assistance once or twice a month.<\/p>\n

    Just like office hours with a TA, they are welcome to pop into the call\/meeting with any questions they might have, or just to say hi. The calls are not recorded. Each session runs approximately 45\u201360 minutes and typically has 6\u201310 people in attendance.<\/p>\n

    Cancellations & Refunds<\/h3>\n

    If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, I will issue you a full refund.<\/p>\n

    After 24 hours, it depends on what you have booked your session for; please reach out to me before cancelling to discuss. Depending on the topic of your consult and the amount of time between booking and cancellation, I may have already spent upwards of a dozen hours preparing specifically for our session with research and custom formulation work. If this is the case, I will refund half of the consultation if you cancel, minus credit card processing fees.<\/p>\n

    Late log-ons<\/h3>\n

    If you\u2019re late, that will eat in to your time slot. Your consultation begins at the booked time and date.<\/p>\n
