When this happens, it’s usually for one of two reasons:<\/p>\n
If you have multiple email addresses, check them all to make sure your receipt didn’t end up on a different inbox. Let me know what you purchased, roughly when you placed your order, your order number (if you have it), the email address the order was supposed to be under, and your name.
